[…] Who knows? Now there's degeneration, inflammation, and that's when we see real focal inhibition. And remember, like any biological experience or situation, it's all relative to the magnitude of the situation, right? So a little ankle sprain isn't as bad as a big ankle sprain. That's what I'm saying. So when you have someone younger, when we look at an MRI scan, we see this big, degenerative change in the muscle itself, one or two levels and everything else is perfect. There was some significant trauma that set that off. And again, the magnitude of that trauma is related to the magnitude of the inhibition, often then the length and the intensity of the inhibition, and then the sequela of muscle degeneration that occurs after that, which is a whole nother story.
