Mom, wife, and busy Christian entrepreneur. And for most of my life, I’ve turned to food to cope with stress.<br />I bounced between strict plans, emotional eating, and chasing quick fixes, always looking to the world for relief instead of real peace.<br />I realized that if I wanted lasting change, I had to stop the binge eating and pursue freedom, God’s way.<br />So I created a realistic, grace-filled plan that broke the cycle of stress eating and brought peace and balance back into my day.
