<p><strong>De Rotterdam Marathon zit erop — en in deze aflevering blikken we terug op een zware, indrukwekkende dag vol sfeer, strijd en chaos.</strong><br>Luuk beleefde de race dit jaar vanaf de zijlijn, Björn liep als haas midden in het wedstrijdgeweld en zag van dichtbij hoe hard Rotterdam kan zijn. We hebben het over de Nederlandse prestaties, drankposten, het parcoursrecord en waarom deze marathon toch elke keer weer speciaal blijft.</p>

<p>Na een korte pauze zijn we terug — en er is genoeg om over bij te praten. Luuk zit weer in de lift na blessureleed en kan eindelijk weer richting wedstrijden kijken. Björn blikt terug op de CPC, vertelt over zijn vorm en deelt zijn plannen voor de komende maanden.</p><p>In deze aflevering hebben we het over training, fitheid, snelheid terugvinden, nieuwe wedstrijdplannen, baanambities en waarom het soms juist goed is om even los te komen van de marathon. Van Lille tot het NK 5 km, van achillespezen tot 400’tjes in 66: we nemen je mee in waar we nu staan en waar we naartoe werken.</p><p>Een eerlijke update, veel looppraat en vooral weer heel veel zin in wat komt. </p>
