So again, scheduled tasks are tasks that you want to have run automatically. You can do some manually as well, but they're things that like are recurring in nature and that would require like admin time for you either reading or gathering or summarizing information or sending out reminders or getting a first pass draft on something those kinds of things are great so mechanical things which are again admin recurring kind of mundane are great for scheduled tasks so again these are things that run pretty automatically on a certain time scale And they just help you with making time a little bit more, making things like this a little bit more efficient.
