Ep.173 ꘏宜週大事꘏ 宜蘭鐵路高架的前世今生（下） 2025/1021
<p>本集接續上集 <br />來談宜蘭的鐵路高架化， <br />請見：<a href="https://reurl.cc/WOjzMe" target="_blank">https://reurl.cc/WOjzMe</a> <br /> <br />上一集我們講了從最初規劃到後來的北宜直鐵， <br />再到現在的高架化方案。 <br />這一集來談談不一樣的內容。 <br />鐵路高架化以後，羅東的市區規劃， <br />可不可以因此有不同的想像？ <br /> <br /><strong>1.遊憩空間</strong> <br />像是冬山火車站下面的遊憩空間一樣， <br />高架鐵路的下面， <br />可不可以也規劃適合親子共遊的地方？ <br />而且宜蘭常常下雨， <br />像這樣可以遮雨的場所就非常需要。 <br /> <br /><strong>2.提早設計規劃，不要只是變馬路</strong> <br />橋下這種半戶外空間， <br />在鐵路高架化後會新增非常多的地方。 <br />空間使用的「爭奪戰」就會展開， <br />而最好就是趁還沒有規劃定案前， <br />提出要求要建設怎麼樣的空間。 <br />不然很可能就只是設計為馬路而已。 <br />地方政府應該把握機會提出要求， <br />而不是被動被其他單位來決定。 <br /> <br /><strong>3.改善交通問題，發展觀光</strong> <br />更放遠來說，高架化這一段空間， <br />會再連通起被分隔開來的都市空間。 <br />比如火車站跟羅東林場，原來是這麼的近。 <br />再往北一點到中里站，連接中興文創。 <br />往南到羅東夜市，甚至是醫院那邊， <br />走路就可以到，搭配Ubike類型的腳踏車， <br />建立舒適的人行兼腳踏車空間 <br />來改善羅東的交通問題。 <br /> <br />透過鐵路高架化來改善城市的空間， <br />並且發展適合市民遊憩的場所， <br />讓我們把握住這次機會一起來做！ <br /> <br />小額贊助支持本節目： <a href="https://hcyyilan.oen.tw/ " target="_blank">https://hcyyilan.oen.tw/ </a> <br />留言告訴我你對這一集的想法：<a href="https://open.firstory.me/user/ckh1jspu8z8650836qaashozh/comments" target="_blank"> https://open.firstory.me/user/ckh1jspu8z8650836qaashozh/comments </a></p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me/zh">Firstory Hosting</a>
