[…] So let's talk about five different things. We're looking at the pros and cons of this treatment model. So number one, CBTE, cognitive behavior therapy, is a very directive treatment. Now, this can be very helpful for some people. So what I mean by directed treatment is that your therapist is going to be directing the course of the therapy. There may be specific topics that you might be covering each week. The therapy might go through different phases. It's quite structured. There is a sort of program almost behind it, and you will be sort of working through almost like the different modules, the different aspects of the treatment. […]
